East Wick and Sweetwater are back, after the success of Phase 1 which completed in 2022 delivering over 300 new homes to the area, we are excited to announce our phase 2!
Phase 2 will see 210 homes delivered, with 165 for open market sale consisting of 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments and 3 & 4-bedroom houses. A further 45 affordable homes to rent, which has been made possible with a grant secured from the GLA.

When Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park was created, it was always on the understanding that some areas would eventually be used for housing and whilst the residential proposals were developed, these areas have been left landscaped and open for all to enjoy.
