We’re ideally located in the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, right next-door to Hackney Wick and Fish Island and a stone’s throw from Stratford.
Some of the best transport links in the city and top-class facilities means many creators and makers, entrepreneurs and innovators are based here. The nearest stations are Hackney Wick (overground) and Stratford (tube and train) which has fast connections to most of London – it’s less than 10 minutes from St Pancras and less than an hour from London airports. The park also has walking and cycling trails, bus routes, and it’s 30 minutes from the M25.
As well as a strong business community, there’s also a growing residential community here too. There are over 1,800 homes in the making along with new schools, nurseries and community spaces.
A CULTURAL POWERHOUSE
As well being part of the Olympic legacy, we’re also opposite East Bank, the Culture Quarter coming in 2023. It’s a collaboration between some of the world’s top universities and arts and culture institutions. It will attract another 1.5 million visitors to the park every year and is set to create more than 2,500 jobs.
There’ll be loads happening at East Bank – UCL’s new campus will be here as well as Stratford Waterfront, which will be home to some of the biggest names in culture, education and innovation including: the BBC, Sadler’s Wells, UAL’s London College of Fashion and the V&A Museum.
