PLANNING GRANTED FOR THE PHASES AT EW+S
Plans for the final phases at EW+S have been approved by LLLDC. Phases 4 and 5 (Sweetwater) will provide an additional 772 mixed-tenure homes to the neighbourhood, 271 of which are affordable homes. The plans will also create significant new community facilities, including a nursery, library, community facility and a health centre.
